6, equipment maintenance must implement the principle of "maintenance and repair, prevention first", do regular maintenance, mandatory, correct handling of the use, maintenance and repair of the relationship, not allowed to only do not keep, only repair do not keep;

7. All shifts and groups must do maintenance work of all kinds of automation equipment according to maintenance procedures and maintenance categories, without unreasonable delay. In special cases, maintenance can be postponed only after approval of the special engineer in charge, but generally not more than half of the prescribed maintenance interval;

8, maintenance of automation equipment to ensure the quality, according to the provisions of the project and the requirements of the item by item, shall not be missed or not insured. Maintenance items, maintenance quality and problems found in maintenance shall be recorded and reported to the specialist of the department;

9, maintenance personnel and maintenance department should do "three inspection and one handover (self-inspection, mutual inspection, full-time inspection and a handover qualified)", constantly summarize maintenance experience, improve maintenance quality;
